Free gets the same read as Scale.

Every applicant is evaluated equally regardless of the tier. Price changes how many roles you can keep open, how many people you can put through them, never how carefully somebody is read.

How it works, end to end

Everything else
about the money.

The numbers are on the cards above. This is everything a finance review asks afterwards.

How much does Kanvis cost for a hiring team?

Free while you keep a single role open, then $49 a month for Pro, $249 for Team and $899 for Scale. Paying yearly gives you 2 months free.

What if we only hire a few times a year?

Then a monthly plan is probably the wrong shape for you. A role pass covers one open role for 60 days with up to 150 screens, from $99, and you buy one when you need it. Under about 6 roles a year that works out cheaper than a monthly plan, and you are not paying for the months you are not hiring.

Do role passes expire?

You have 12 months to start a role, and 60 days to run it once you do. Roles you have finished stay readable after that, and anything you have not used counts toward a subscription if you move to one.

What counts as a screen?

One applicant interviewed and scored. Not a profile view and not a click — a full conversational interview against your criteria, with the evidence behind it.

Do you charge per candidate?

Your plan is sized on concurrency, not headcount: how many roles you keep open at once, each with a screening allowance included. Past that allowance and its grace band it is $1.50 a screen, which is low enough that one more good applicant is never a budget decision.

What happens if we go over the screens on our plan?

Your allowance runs 20% past its number before anything else is billed, then it is $1.50 a screen. Nothing stops mid-hire.

Do cheaper plans get a worse evaluation?

No. Every tier, Free included, gets the whole interview, the whole score and the whole decision board. Price changes how many roles, seats and workflow tools you get, never how carefully somebody is read.

Can we try the paid features first?

Any free organisation can take 30 days of Team, once, without a card. At the end it goes back to Free rather than onto a bill.

What happens if we downgrade?

Roles above your new cap go read-only. Nothing scored, written or decided is deleted, and you can still read all of it.

Do candidates ever pay?

No. They are the supply, and a profile somebody paid to promote is an advert rather than evidence — which would make every score you read worth less.
