NIC Lahore is a premier startup hub and incubator in Pakistan supporting early-stage ventures. We focus on fostering innovation and scaling diverse product teams through mentorship and strategic support. We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team onsite in Lahore.

The Role

As a Graphic Designer at NIC Lahore, you will be the visual lead for both the incubator and our startup cohorts. You’ll work closely with the management team to translate complex startup concepts into high-end visual identities. This is a role for a designer who has moved beyond the basics and can independently lead branding for emerging ventures while mentoring our broader community.

What you’ll do

• Brand Identity: Lead and evolve the visual identity for NIC Lahore across all touchpoints.
• Startup Branding: Act as a creative consultant for cohort startups, leading the creation of pitch decks, logos, and full brand systems.
• Social & Digital Strategy: Design high-impact, strategic graphics for social media, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
• Event Collateral: Oversee the production of physical and digital assets for workshops, demo days, and major ecosystem events.
• Collaboration: Work alongside the PR and Marketing teams to ensure narrative consistency and visual excellence.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ Years of Experience: You have a track record of shipping professional design work, ideally within the tech or startup space.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating advanced typography, layout skills, and the ability to build cohesive brand systems.
• Tools: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Adaptability: Ability to lead multiple brand voices simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Ecosystem Interest: A genuine interest in the Pakistani startup landscape and innovation.
