Full-Stack Developer (Django + React/React Native)

Role Overview

We're hiring a Full-Stack Developer who can independently own both backend and frontend development. You will work directly with founders and play a meaningful role in building and scaling the SaaS products used by clients across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Django-based SaaS backends hosted on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS), ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs powering both mobile and web apps.
• Lead frontend development using React (web) and React Native (mobile) — delivering smooth UI/UX, clean component architecture, and stable production-ready performance.
• Manage App Store and Play Store releases, ensuring timely and stable updates for client-facing apps.
• Optimize API performance, database queries, caching, and system reliability.
• Manage multi-tenant and white-labeled architecture enabling theming, configuration, and unified SaaS deployments across clients.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions and AWS to streamline deployments.
• Maintain cloud infrastructure, enforce version control, and ensure strong code quality practices.
• Collaborate closely with founders and product teams to translate requirements into high-quality, production-ready features.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of full-stack development experience (flexible for exceptionally motivated candidates).
• Proven track record of building scalable systems, ideally with AI integration.
• Strong backend expertise in Python (Django), PostgreSQL, and AWS services.
• Solid experience with React and React Native (required).
• Comfortable with CI/CD (GitHub Actions), deployments, and version control.
• High sense of ownership, reliability, and consistent execution.
