Robotics & AI Trainer

We are looking for "communicator-engineers"—passionate individuals who can balance technical troubleshooting with high-energy classroom engagement. This is a career-track role for engineers who want to shape how the next generation (ages 4–16) learns to build with AI and Robotics.

The Role

As a Robotics & AI Trainer, you won't just be teaching; you'll be translating complex technical concepts into engaging, hands-on experiences. You will represent Robotronics.ai at partner schools, leading sessions that range from basic coding to hardware-intensive robotics projects.

What You'll Do

• Deliver High-Impact Training: Lead Robotics, Coding, and AI/STEM sessions for students aged 4–16 in partner schools.
• Drive Curriculum Rollout: Support the implementation of our curriculum during regular school terms and specialized summer camps.
• Mentor Young Builders: Engage students in project-based learning, helping them troubleshoot hardware and logic on the fly.
• Professional Representation: Act as the face of Robotronics.ai at school and client sites, ensuring a high standard of educational delivery.

What You Bring

• Engineering Background: A degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Software Engineering. We welcome both fresh graduates and experienced engineers.
• Communication Mastery: Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to simplify technical jargon for children.
• Technical Agility: Comfort with robotics fundamentals and basic coding, with the ability to troubleshoot hardware issues during a live session.
• Logistics: You must have your own laptop and reliable transport for commuting to partner school sites.
• The "Vibe": Energetic, confident, and genuinely excited about working with children.

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or running workshops.
• Previous exposure to the EdTech or education industry.
• Personal projects or a deep interest in AI, Coding, or Robotics hardware.
