Brand / Campus Ambassador

Arzo Nama is a pre-seed startup transforming human emotions and personality into unique, wearable, and displayable art. We create custom pieces based on users' inner worlds, available as bespoke apparel or hand-painted art.

We are looking for Brand Ambassadors at UK universities who resonate deeply with our mission. This is a performance-driven role focused on content creation and sales, ideal for students who want to build a portfolio in early-stage startup growth.

The Role

Initially, your focus will be split between creating compelling content and driving direct sales. As you scale, the role can evolve to include B2B outreach and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Produce short-form video and social content that communicates the Arzo Nama aesthetic and mission.
• Sales & Growth: Drive revenue through your personal network and campus presence.
• Brand Representation: Act as the face of Arzo Nama at your university, ensuring our "emotions into art" concept lands with your peers.
• Evolution: Potential to expand into B2B outreach and larger-scale brand activations.

Requirements

• Location: Must be a local university student in the UK (preferred due to commission-only structure).
• Resonance: A genuine connection to the idea of turning personality and emotion into tangible art.
• Creator Mindset: Ability to script and produce content independently.
• Sales Drive: Comfortable pitching a premium, bespoke product and working toward revenue targets.
