Arzo Nama transforms human emotions and personality into unique, wearable and displayable art. We are a pre-seed startup creating custom art based on users' emotions, which customers purchase as apparel or hand-painted pieces.

The Role

We are looking for a Social Media Generalist Intern who can move from concept to final asset across all our social channels (Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.). You will work directly with the founder to co-write scripts, define visual directions, and produce content that resonates with our audience's emotions.

We are looking for a creative eye and a strong aesthetic sense—someone who understands how to communicate complex emotions through visuals. Your primary value is your taste and ability to execute on a vision.

This is a performance-driven role in a fast-paced, early-stage environment. We value your portfolio and proven results over degrees or certifications.

What you’ll do

• Content Strategy & Creation: Co-write scripts and creative concepts with the founder for video and static content.
• Visual Direction: Define mood boards and visual direction for each video and campaign.
• Design: Design static ads and posts for social media that align with our brand voice.
• End-to-end Production: Handle the full production cycle from initial concept to the final asset.
• Brand Positioning: Apply a strong grasp of brand voice and consumer behavior to all content.
