Reducing pricing operation time from hours to just 15 minutes. Reduced cloud infrastructure cost from 75$ per day to less than 15$ per day via migration from appengine to cloudrun, usage of redis sidecar, downsizing of database, auto-deletion of dev resources in GCP. Revamped internal record keeping for payroll system, by replacing manual google sheets with systemized procedures eliminating 90% of payroll discrepancies and manual overrides. Implemented a simpler and transparent warehouse employee leave system integrated with payroll and attendance systems. Resulting in 19% more employee retention. Re-Designed offer page for Tajir app with smaller cards, and increasing offer engagement by 13%
