Summary

Built an architecture for a product consisting of a user-facing mobile app (android/iOS), a web admin portal, and a backend based on self-hosted Supabase APIs and GoTrue auth. Learned and applied various computer vision models and solutions. Used Mediapipe Pose and YOLO Pose for body joint recognition and tracking. Explored IDT (Improved Dense Trajectories) and CNN and Transformer methods like VideoMAE for fine-grained human activity recognition. Involved in forming the technical architecture of a core product. Implemented multiple modules of the core product and their features including multi agent systems and data ingestion pipelines. Configured data connectors for various data ingestion apps including Azure SQL database, Databricks, Jira etc. Implemented evidence ledgers and grounded LLM responses in data and citations for response traceability and reliability. Built end to end pipelines for ingested data to be formatted by multi-step LLM calls, have computations run on it, and be added as pieces to the final prompt used for another agent.

What I did

Fine-tuned state-of-the-art vision models on proprietary datasets.
Designed product for on-premise deployment within customer environments.
Used React.js and Next.js for the frontend part of applications in the cloud section.
Integrated LLM responses into applications with a focus on grounding responses in data and evidence.
Produced evidence trails for LLM responses to ensure traceability and reliability.
Fine-tuned an I3D 3D convolutional neural network by freezing backbone layers and retraining the final layers on a custom dataset.
Implemented a temporal head with a 1D convolutional layer to handle temporal information in activity recognition.

Results

Achieved 70-80% accuracy with F1 scores in the same range for vision problems.
Achieved around 60% accuracy on a fine-grained human activity recognition task.

Custom Plugin and Marketplace for Claude Code

Created multi-modal plugins for Claude Code using custom hooks, scripts and media. They are part of my custom marketplace. One of them catches Claude's commonly used phrases (e.g. "Now I have a full picture","caveat","smoking gun") and renders a relevant image and plays audio when they come in the conversation transcript. Plugin is OS agnostic as it uses python for rendering media.
