Real-Time Mattress Counting System

Developed a computer vision system in collaboration with a professor and team member for the company to automate real time mattress counting, replacing manual labor intensive work which was prone to human error. Trained a YOLO based object detection model on manually captured warehouse footage, applying data augmentation techniques to expand a limited dataset collected under restricted conditions. Built a real time detection pipeline using OpenCV to count mattresses in specific regions before truck loading, eliminating the need for multiple manual counters across locations. Delivered a working prototype and demo to the company, demonstrating the system potential to improve counting accuracy and operational efficiency.

Exploit for Roblox Game Engine
