Summer Internship Opportunity – NIC Lahore

To provide mentoring, training, and investor access to Pakistan's most promising startups, while ensuring a more inclusive ecosystem with a 25% minimum of women-led cohorts.

NIC Lahore is a premier startup hub and incubator in Pakistan supporting early-stage ventures. We focus on fostering innovation and scaling diverse product teams through mentorship and strategic support. We are looking for a Summer Intern to join us for 2–3 months on-site at our Lahore headquarters to work closely with startups and support ecosystem operations.

The Role

This is a hands-on opportunity for students or fresh graduates to gain direct exposure to the Pakistani startup ecosystem. You will support the NICL management team in day-to-day operations and help coordinate activities that drive startup growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data & Operations: Manage data collection and maintain up-to-date databases for our startup cohorts.
• Coordination: Schedule meetings and handle coordination between startups, mentors, and the NICL team.
• Ecosystem Support: Assist in startup engagement activities and incubator coordination.

Who You Are

• A current student or recent graduate ("fresher") hungry for direction and growth.
• Someone with an interest in or exposure to the startup ecosystem.
• Adaptable, organized, and comfortable with flexible daily hours based on the needs of the cohort.
• Ready to work in a collaborative, in-person environment.
