Developing, in a team of 3, a reproducible pipeline that predicts 3D facial morphology from SNP genotypes using the 3D Facial Norms (3DFN) dataset (FaceBase scans + dbGaP genotypes), with FLAME shape parameters as the learning target. Designed genotype QC and documented SNP selection (missingness, MAF, Hardy-Weinberg, LD pruning, GWAS-informed panels) and a scan-to-FLAME registration workflow giving every subject a shared mesh topology. Defined a baselines-first model progression (mean face, demographics, Ridge, MLP, Transformer) with leakage-free subject-level splits, evaluated via FLAME RMSE, per-vertex error, Top-k retrieval, and SNP ablations.
