What I did

Orchestrate the end-to-end pipeline with n8n, GoHighLevel CRM and Supabase (PostgreSQL), including instant email alerts and an append-only history of stage changes and notes, so every call outcome is traceable and reviewable for improving agent behaviour.
Design REST API integrations and backend workflows connecting voice agents, CRM, database and web clients.
Built an application logging system that traces critical events for debugging, maintenance and release validation.

Architected a real-time conversational voice pipeline: VAPI handles telephony, streaming speech-to-text and turn-taking, an LLM generates context-aware replies under a structured system prompt, and ElevenLabs synthesises the spoken response (text-to-speech). Built n8n workflows triggered by call events and webhooks for call routing, transcript processing and therapist booking, with state carried across turns so each session keeps its full conversational context. Added a risk-classification step on session transcripts that triggers escalation paths and risk-based follow-ups when a conversation is flagged as higher risk. Developed the web interface for starting and managing live sessions and reviewing outcomes; the project won the AI Product Innovation Award at SOFTEC.
