Conducted interviews of employees in specific departments and gathered qualitative data which was used later by the OAI for improving working conditions of the staff in the form of duty time, bonuses and casual leaves. Conducted Audit of various buildings to collect data about the accessibility of those buildings for PWD's (Persons with disabilities) and based on this quantitative data collection new infrastructure was built in various buildings.
