During my internship, I successfully completed a range of technical tasks that enhanced both my design and analytical skills.
Designing mechanical parts and assemblies on SOLIDWORKS. It refined my ability to model and develop robust mechanical structures.
Characterizing optimal microcontrollers for various design scenarios. It has enabled me to make informed hardware selections based on application.
Developing a circuit design for a 3.7V, 14A lithium-ion battery management system (BMS) with USB-C power delivery using EasyEDA. It deepened my understanding of researching and designing complex circuit architecture.

Smart Gate Access System using RFID and Fingerprint Authentication

Lead Mechatronics Designer

Designed and implemented a dual-authentication smart gate system using an ATMega 2560 microcontroller. The system features a wide gate for vehicle access via RFID and a smaller side gate for pedestrians using fingerprint authentication. Managed the full hardware-software integration and performed systematic troubleshooting to resolve critical DC motor winding failures.
