PSL Season 9 - Death Over Batting Analysis

Data Analystpersonal
Analyzed 7,795 ball-by-ball deliveries across all PSL Season 9 matches to evaluate franchise batting efficiency in death overs (overs 16-20). Derived runs per wicket metric to identify Multan Sultans as the highest value death over batting team; controlled for venue difficulty to confirm performance was skill-driven, not venue dependent. Identified Lahore Qalandars as the most bowling-undisciplined franchise at 11.2 extras per match after normalizing for matches played. Built an interactive Power BI dashboard and published full analysis to GitHub.

PSX Sector Analysis - Risk & Return

Data Analystpersonal
Analyzed 66 PSX stocks across 11 sectors using 5 years of daily price data to evaluate sector-level return and volatility. Calculated total return and daily volatility per sector to identify Technology as the only sector delivering exceptional risk-adjusted returns (416% avg return, SYS at 555%). Built a risk-return scatter plot revealing FMCG as the worst trade-off sector - highest volatility with near-zero returns.
