Summary

What I did

• Built InsurGPT, an agentic platform that answers carrier and state eligibility questions from internal docs and writes to the EPIC CRM - issuing policies, endorsements, cancellations, certificates and ID cards via 80+ SOAP tool calls.
• Guarded the write path: each tool enforces its own constraints, a separate validation agent checks every proposed action before it commits, and a data team spot-checks output in production.
• Made each service rep 5× more effective (2 producers to 10), absorbing the team's growth with no additional service hire - ~$5,000/month in avoided headcount.
• Shipped backend services for the insurance routing module embedded in the Trucker Path and Truck Loads consumer apps, moving leads from a product surface with 1M+ users into the sales pipeline.
• Designed the COI, Billing and Endorsement bots that monitor high-traffic mailboxes and close requests end to end, lifting service-team throughput ~80% (n8n + OpenAI).
• Shipped an AI-assisted power dialer into Trak, the sales platform producers work in, with RingCentral transcription and automatic voicemail drops. Call volume rose from 10 to ~50 dials/day; the outbound voice agent lifted lead-to-bind 20%.
• Consolidated employee requests into a central AI HR ticketing system serving all 3 Moatable companies - Lofty, Trucker Path and its insurance arm - from one queue.
• Built an agent with write access to an insurance system of record for issuing legal documents.
• Overseeing the adoption of InsurGPT and fixing issues as they were diagnosed.
• Owning projects end-to-end from initial concept to execution and optimization.

Results

• Built InsurGPT entirely from scratch, mapping out the pain points and implementation independently.
• Maintained sole responsibility for upgrading and optimizing InsurGPT after initial deployment.
