Built a 7-stage Computer Vision + Deep Learning pipeline for CNIC verification, training a CNN classifier (TensorFlow/Keras) and U-Net segmentation model on 10k+ images and reaching 92%+ accuracy. Developed a facial verification pipeline using Haar Cascade for face detection and Euclidean-distance embedding comparison to validate identity against the extracted CNIC photo. Took the models from training to deployment: Dockerized inference on serverless AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB), integrated into a Kotlin Android app (Capture → Crop → Verify → OCR → Face Match → Store).

3AM Talks - Voice Mental Health Assistant

Lead Developeracademic

Fine-tuned LLaMA 3.1 8B (LoRA/PEFT) and served it locally behind a FastAPI backend, then built a real-time voice loop around it in English and Urdu/Hindi, with LiveKit speech-to-text in and ElevenLabs text-to-speech out. Grounded answers with a Pinecone RAG pipeline over a 300+ document CBT/DBT/ACT corpus and added a two-layer crisis classifier (regex + bart-large-mnli zero-shot) with Twilio SMS escalation. Evaluated and tuned retrieval and prompts to cut hallucinations by 38% and lift framework-grounded answer consistency by 31%.
